Program Overview: Elevating Future-Ready Competencies
The YouthConnect HUB  Spring Learnathon is a five-day intensive that builds the practical competencies and professional skills teenagers need to navigate any future pathway.

Grounded in real-world application, the program combines strategic planning, financial literacy, leadership development, crisis response training, and personalized future pathways exploration. The program is structured to cultivate the five core competencies Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Confidence, Collaboration, and Compassion essential for navigating the complexities of the 21st-century global economy.

This is not a camp; it is a Learnathon, a rigorous, experiential journey where participants engage with real-world challenges, industry-leading mentors, and accredited professional training.

The YCH Learnathon Schedule: March 16 – 20, 2026

The daily structure is divided into three core modules: Foundational Competency Workshops (Morning), the Executive Mentorship Series (Midday), and Applied Learning Labs (Afternoon).
